The college library is named after Dr. Birinchi Kumar Baruah to commemorate a literary giant of Assam and a pioneer builder of the college. Students may borrow books from the library against the Library Cards. They may read various newspaper and journals in the reading room of the library. There is a book bank facility meant for the poor and needy students.
The college library has a big reading room for the students and its employee. The library is equipped with the database software SOUL that is procured from INFLIBNET and Inter University Centre of UGC. The Library is being headed experienced Librarian Mr. Utpal Sharma with 5 assisting staff.
